What has been your favorite project you’ve worked on during your time with CRM, and why?

Cuál ha sido tu proyecto favorito en el que has trabajado durante tu tiempo con CRM y por qué?

My favorite project was in New Jersey. It was my first project as an administrator; after a few months of training and learning, I was very excited about the opportunity to work with another client. The trust to collaborate more closely within the office was very meaningful. It was a demolition project that was completed on schedule and provided me with great personal and professional experience. The people I worked with made the experience unique and unforgettable.

Mi proyecto favorito fue en New Jersey. Fue mi primer proyecto como administrador; después de algunos meses de entrenamiento y aprendizaje, me emocionó mucho la oportunidad de trabajar con otro cliente. La confianza para colaborar más estrechamente dentro de la oficina fue muy significativa. Se trató de un proyecto de demolición que se completó dentro del tiempo establecido y que me brindó una gran experiencia tanto personal como profesional. Las personas con las que compartí este proyecto hicieron que la experiencia fuera única e inolvidable.

What advice would you give to someone considering getting into the field?

Qué consejo le daría a alguien que esté considerando trabajar en el campo del asbesto?

My advice would be that if you are considering working in the asbestos field, always remember to follow safety procedures. Never forget that our health comes first, and if we don’t take care of ourselves, no one else will. Safety starts with yourself, and then comes what the company or supervisors can provide.

Mi consejo sería que, si estás considerando trabajar en el área del asbesto, siempre recuerdes seguir los procedimientos de seguridad. Nunca olvides que nuestra salud es lo primero, y si no nos cuidamos a nosotros mismos, nadie más lo hará. La seguridad comienza por uno mismo, y después viene lo que la empresa o los supervisores pueden brindarte.

What keeps you motivated to continue working with CRM?

Qué lo mantiene motivado(a) para continuar trabajando en proyectos con CRM?

My greatest motivation is my personal and professional growth. I feel that I am working in something I love, and having the opportunity to do so keeps me motivated. Learning and continuing to advance within the company helps me avoid falling behind or settling for just what I am doing at the moment.

Mi mayor motivación es mi crecimiento personal y profesional. Siento que trabajo en algo que amo, y tener la oportunidad de hacerlo me mantiene motivado. Aprender y seguir avanzando dentro de la compañía me ayuda a no quedarme atrás ni conformarme únicamente con lo que estoy haciendo en este momento.

What work related goals have you set for yourself in 2026?

Qué metas relacionadas con su trabajo se ha propuesto para el año 2026?

My professional goals for 2026 are to complete my studies in Project Management and to advance to a higher position. Personally, I have set a goal of buying a house; it is a clear objective, and every day I give my best to achieve it.

Mis metas para el 2026 laboralmente terminar mis estudios en Project Management, y poder avanzar en un major puesto. Personalmente me he propuesto en comprar una casa, es una meta que tengo clara y cada dia doy lo major de mi para logar esta meta.

What do you do to set yourself apart from other crew members at CRM?

Qué haces para diferenciarte de otros miembros del equipo en CRM?

I believe something that sets me apart from others is that I don’t settle with what I have or where I am. I always strive to learn and help in different areas. There is always something new to learn and ways to improve. I believe that if we become stagnant and stay in our comfort zone, we will never be able to grow professionally or financially.

Creo que algo que me diferencia de otros, es que yo me confirm con lo que tenfo y donde estoy. Siempre me propongo a aprender y ayudar en diferentes cosas. Siempre hay algo nuevo por aprender y en que mejorar. Creo que si nos estancamos y nos quedamos en la zona de confort nunca codremos mejorar laboral y financieramente.

How do you feel about the bonus you received for reaching 1000+ hours at the start of the year?

Cómo te sientes respecto al bono que recibiste por alcanzar más de 1000 horas al inicio del año?

I feel very good, very happy. I know that, just like me, many colleagues give 110% in our work, and it is very gratifying to be rewarded. It motivates me to keep moving forward and to continue giving my best at work. I would like to thank CRM for creating these reward programs, which encourage and motivate colleagues to work hard and not feel that their efforts are in vain.

Me siento muy bien, muy alegre, se que al igual que yo muchos compañeros damos nuestro 110% en nuestro trabajo y es muy agradable ser recompensado, me anima a seguir adelante, seguir dando lo mejor de mí en mi trabajo. Agradecer a CRM por crear estos programas de recompensa, para animar e incentivar a los compañeros a trabajar duro y que no sientan que su esfuerzo no es en vano.

How about LLH? How has this benefited you, and do you have any feedback?

Qué hay de LLH? ¿Cómo te ha beneficiado y tienes algún comentario o sugerencia?

I have not had the opportunity to use it yet. Just yesterday, I attempted to call to request information, but I was on hold for approximately five minutes without receiving a response, and the call was eventually disconnected. However, I believe that, overall, the idea presented in the email is positive; having the convenience of direct communication with a healthcare professional from the comfort of my cellphone sounds very appealing.

No he tenido la oportunidad de utilizarlo aún. Precisamente ayer intenté comunicarme para solicitar información, pero estuve aproximadamente cinco minutos en espera sin recibir respuesta y finalmente la llamada fue finalizada. No obstante, considero que, en términos generales, la idea planteada en el correo es positiva; contar con la facilidad de comunicarse directamente con un profesional de la salud desde la comodidad del celular resulta muy conveniente.
