What has been your favorite project you’ve worked on during your time with CRM, and why?

Cuál ha sido tu proyecto favorito en el que has trabajado durante tu tiempo con CRM y por qué?

My favorite project during the 8 years I’ve been with CRM was with a client in Orlando, Florida, during the first and second phases of the project.

This project stood out for the excellent treatment we received, the valuable lessons in the asbestos industry, strong organization, and efficient logistics. I especially appreciated the respect, fair treatment, and genuine human quality shown toward the workers.

Mi proyecto favorito durante los 8 años que llevo con CRM ha sido con un cliente en Orlando, Florida, durante la primera y segunda fase del proyecto.

Este proyecto destacó por el excelente trato recibido, las valiosas enseñanzas dentro de la industria del asbesto, su gran organización y su buena logística. Además, resalto el respeto, el trato digno y la calidad humana que siempre demostraron hacia los trabajadores.

What advice would you give to someone considering getting into the field?

Qué consejo le daría a alguien que esté considerando trabajar en el campo del asbesto?

The advice I would give to any coworker in the asbestos field would be discipline, respect, and setting boundaries. Do your work with passion and care, so the job becomes easier and more fulfilling.

El consejo que le daria yo a cualquier comañero en el campo del asbestos seria; disiplina, respeto y trazar limites. Hacer las cosas con amor para que asi sea mas facil el trabajo laborado.

What keeps you motivated to continue working with CRM?

What keeps me motivated is the opportunity to make a positive impact and to continuously grow alongside the team, contributing value and learning along the way.

My goals for 2026 related to my work include continuing to refine my skills, adding greater value to projects, and fostering consistent growth—both personally and professionally.
