What has been your favorite project you’ve worked on during your time with CRM, and why?

My advice would be to follow the rules and complete the work properly and on time, always prioritizing safety and health.

What keeps you motivated to continue working with CRM?

What keeps me motivated is that we are always working; I have never been unemployed at CRM.

What work related goals have you set for yourself in 2026?

To give my family the best, and to improve every day at work. To have good references with my employers.

What sets me apart from others is that I demonstrate responsibility in my work and a high level of performance every day.
